ADVANTAGES:
We’ll start the experience with a guided tour of Barcelona’s Boqueria Market, followed by a tasting of 10 tapas accompanied by designation of origin (D.O.) wines.
Afterwards, we’ll make our way to the cookery school in a centuries-old building in Plaça Reial where we’ll prepare a full gourmet menu comprising a seafood paella, potato omelette and a crema catalana with fruits of the forest.
During the cookery workshops, all the participants will be involved in creating the dishes on the menu, following the instructions of the chef and their assistant. Once the dishes are ready, the participants can sample them and enjoy regional wines.
