Mediterranean cuisine at the Casa Calvet, a magnificent Art Nouveau setting that was one of Antoni Gaudí's first projects. Its chef, Miguel Alija, proposes an imaginative interpretation of Mediterranean cooking with dishes as rice with lobster, rosemary ice-cream or duck liver with bitter oranges.
