Discover Catalan gastronomy at Cook&Taste, the meeting point for travellers who want to enjoy an evening cooking, eating, learning tips and recipes. Is located in the city centre, very near the landmark Boqueria Market.

- You will cook the most traditional Catalan specialities under the supervision of an experienced team of professional chefs and you will discover the secrets of Catalan cuisine and find out a bit more about our culture through the aromas, flavours and good wine.
- Small groups of 14 people maximum .
- Language: English
- All the workshops include:
- Gastronomic workshop.
- Complete meal.
- Accompanied with local wines.
- Copy of the recipes cooked.
Workshop 1: Menú paella*
- Includes:
- Seasonal vegetables with a romesco sauce.
- Shot of red bell pepper soup flavoured with saffron and cod.
- Fish paella.
- Crema catalana.
*El menú pot variar segons la temporada i els productes frescs del mercat de la Boqueria.
- Times: from Tuesday to Sunday at 11am.
- Length: 4 hours + Optional tour of the Boqueria Market 1hour 20 minutes.

Workshop 2: Menú de cuina catalana*
- Includes:
- Seasonal vegetables with romesco sauce, the Catalan sauce par excellence.
- Cod brandade with sun-dried tomato jam.
- Clams with artichokes.
- Fideuà (noodle paella).
- Crema catalana.
*The menu may vary according to the season and the availability of fresh produce from the Boqueria Market.
- Times: every Sunday at 5pm.
