  • The Llobregat Delta is a protected ecosystem with an important number of migratory, winter and nesting birds, with a predominance of lake-dwelling species. List of species that can be seen.
  • Language: English, Catalan and Spanish.
  • 10 people maximum per group.
  • Times: all year round on Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday.
  • Closed: 1st November, 12th October, 6th and 8th December.
  • Route: through the system of lakes, reedbeds, samphire beds and beaches.
    • Natural areas along the Llobregat River.
    • Natural areas of Cal Tet, Ca l’Arana beach.
  • The ticket includes:
    • Public transport
    • Guided tour with a professional ornithologist
    • Binocular hire
  • Departure and return trip: at 8.20am from Barcelona, returning at about 2.30pm.
  • Meeting point: tourist information office in Barcelona Sants Station, next to the AVE service center at 8.20am. Metro lines L3 and L5, Sants Estació station. Bus: 30, 32, 44, 78, 100, 109 and 115.
  • Equipment required: comfortable walking shoes and neutral-coloured clothing.
