From the origins of Roman Barcino, which was founded on the Mediterranean coast, to the economic prosperity of the Medieval commercial harbour, to the rebuilding of the coast, to the Port Vell; from the more than 4km of beaches, to the Port Olímpic and Vila Olímpica, to the Fòrum.

- Walking guided tours in Barcelona, with a professional who will accompany you which includes:
- A walking tour of Barcelona’s seafront (1h 30minuts).
- Sail as far as the Forum on board Las Golondrinas (1h 30minuts).
- Wireless tour guide system designed to aid communication between participants and the guide.

- Departure point: Mirador de Colom - Pl. Portal de la Pau, s/n. You should be at the information office 10 minutes before the visit begins.
